Governance and Leadership

  • RUT boasts a robust and effective leadership structure, primarily housed within its Board of Directors, that by Memorandum of Understanding provides leadership and overall direction. The board directly supervises the Chief Executive Officer who is supported by a team of three senior managers to perform day-to-day functions.
