Youth Leadership Program 2026–2027: Empowering Young Tanzanian Changemakers
Reaching the Unreached Tanzania (RUT), in partnership with Digital Opportunity Trust and the Mastercard Foundation, invites applications for the Youth Leadership Program 2026–2027 under the Going Beyond Project. This initiative is designed to equip young graduates in Tanzania with essential leadership, digital, and entrepreneurial skills to drive meaningful change in their communities.
Selected participants will undergo intensive training and gain hands-on experience as community-based facilitators and coaches. Over a six-month placement, Youth Leaders will empower peers and local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs)—with a strong focus on women—by delivering practical business, digital, and soft skills training.
The program targets motivated young graduates aged 18–35 from Dodoma City Council and Chamwino District who are passionate about community development and entrepreneurship. Participants will also join a dynamic network of youth leaders across Africa, opening doors to further learning, collaboration, and career opportunities.
