Women Empowerment Project (WEP), is a project aiming at improving the health and wellbeing of women by addressing Gender Based Violence particularly in the rural communities. The project. The project expects to reach and benefit at least 3500 individuals  by 2020

The project focuses on: (1) Increasing awareness to women and girls, men and boys to recognize GBV as a violation of women’s rights and raise awareness on policies and laws that address gender based violence (2) Identify and respond to GBV cases at the schools and household/communities (3) To increase the number of girls and women who seek help to stop violence.  The project mainly targets school girls and women in the community.
